In 2024, B.O.S.S. Mentoring operated its Cultural Exploration Travel Program, which provided a once-in-a-lifetime international travel experience to Thailand for a group of selected youth participants. The program aimed to expand cultural awareness, build global citizenship, and inspire leadership through immersive educational experiences abroad. Leading up to the trip, students attended mandatory sessions covering topics such as cultural sensitivity, international etiquette, financial literacy, global history, and basic Thai language and customs. While in Thailand, students engaged in hands-on learning experiences, including visiting historical temples, participating in service projects, touring local schools and villages, and engaging in guided conversations around global leadership and identity. This initiative not only deepened students understanding of the world beyond their neighborhoods, but also reinforced B.O.S.S. Mentorings core mission of developing confident, informed, and globally-minded young men prepared to become future leaders in their communities and beyond.
