To create new community spaces that engage social, economic, and cultural issues facing communities around the world by bringing together artists and designers from various disciplines with community members to create new community spaces and to conduct such other activities, functions and programs as may be carried out by a corporation organized pursuant to Massachusetts general laws chapter 180; and further the corporation shall be organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now in effect or as may hereafter be amended (the "Code"), including, but not limited to, education, scientific and cultural exchange and development purposes.
