Agriculture leadership activities the bradley county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month. They participate in other local agricultural, civic, & community organizations. Leaders attend district, state & national conferences to network with farmers & other agriculturalists to learn about current issues facing agriculture. A highly developed committee structure provides leadership opportunities for members through meetings, regular communications, and agricultural activities.

Youth leadership development bradley county farm bureau supports youth agriculture organizations both financially and with volunteer hours. The organization is a promary sponsor of the bradley county 4-h and future farmers of america youth organizations. The bradley county farm bureau gives scholarships to the bradley county 4-h and ffa each year as well.
