An architectural review is required on new builds and renovation projects to ensure properties are maintained in accordance with deed restrictions. This service is funded through contributions from affected homeowners.
United State flags are available for delivery on scheduled holidays and are stored in between holidays for paying members of the association.
A monthly newsletter is written by volunteers and delivered to homeowners to inform them of crime statistics community events and needs of the community. The cost of the newsletter is defrayed by contributions from neighbors.
