Mission
To foster national or international amateur competition in the sport of curling; to conduct national or international competition in the sport of curling; to support and develop amateur athletes for such competition.
Programs
2 programs
Designed, organized and conducted a junior league for 8 to 15 year old youths through our youth program which included qualified instructors. This was in keeping with our mission to support and develop amateur athletes. Approximately 35 youth took part in the program in the prior year.
Designed, promoted and conducted a beginners league for adults new to the sport of curling. Also hosted instructional events for a number of church groups, boy scout groups, mn adult & teen challenge (chemical addiction treatment program), and school programs with different schools from our region in the prior year. This was in keeping with our mission to develop amateur athletes in the sport of curling.
