As an educational organization, the primary exempt purpose of Brazilian Dimensional Embroidery International Guild, Inc (BDEIG) is to teach the skills required and to educate the public throughout the world by hosting seminars, publishing newsletters, maintaining a website and publishing instructional books. Brazilian Embroidery is a type of needle art and is not associated with the country of Brazil except that this style of needle art originated in the country of Brazil. This needle art is now done by stitchers throughout the world.
