Breathe For Babies Inc

Breathe for Babies, Inc. (BFB) was incorporated as a Delaware not-for-profit organization on April 11, 2023. BFB saves the lives of infants by (i)purchasing and making grants of ventilators to healthcare providers in developing countries, (ii) training medical professionals to use ventilators,(iii) hosting educational conferences, workshops, and other educational programming about healthcare, (iv) providing fellowships to individualsto teach respiratory techniques, and (v) making grants to section 501(c)(3) and foreign charitable organizations engaged in similar activities.
