Other patient services. Hotel guests are allowed to make long distance phone calls from their rooms. The guest is charged the cost of the call plus a percentage mark-up. The brent house also offers transportation services to and from the airport for all guests for a fee. Finally, the brent house provides certain services for its guests in order to make their stay more enjoyable. These include vending, laundry, and related social services. All these services are contracted and the brent house receives a commission.
