To provide financial assistance to graduates of the public schools in love county, oklahoma, and such other students as the corporation may designate who wish to furtherr their educaiton at some institution of higher learning, trade school, or vocational facility to encourage said graduates to further their education and promote, aid, and develop the advance of cultural, educational and general welfare of the state of oklahoma, and particularly the graduates of love county, oklahoma.
