Classes and events: we host monthly webcasts, weekly mindfulness classes, eight-week mindfulness courses, and storytelling workshops for people with parkinson's and their care partners. We also hold local events, including meet-up groups for the parkinson's community.

Awareness and advocacy: we raise awareness of parkinson's and create connections in our community by sharing stories of people impacted by parkinson's, including our podcast series on time: a parkinson's podcast. We are also partners with national and international parkinson's advocacy groups.
