Mission
BRIC Foundation has one main goal: to increase representation in Entertainment, Gaming, Media and Tech. By strategically engaging with leaders across these industries, along with Government and Education Partners, BRIC strives to Break, Reinvent, Impact and Change the foundations of these businesses and create inclusive opportunities for women and underrepresented people to be successful.

BRIC served 5.9K attendees from 93 countries at the 2024 BRIC Summit virtually and 220 in person during industry day. Over 100 actionable solutions were collaboratively created.
BRIC's Pre-Apprenticeship program included a speaker series reaching 531 classrooms nationwide. Supported their school districts (Centinela Valley Unified High School District, Inglwood Unified School District and Los Angeles Unified School District) with curriculum alignment, outreach support, portfolio support, and bootcamps for students from six schools.
BRIC helped over 200 high school students prepare and attend LightBox Expo- the largest concept art/animation conference in the US, launched their digital badging program, and provided educator support for apprenticeship alignment.
BRIC convenes employers, educators, legislators, and community partners together to advance creative economy careers and workforce needs.
