Brick Industry Association

Government Affairs & Compliance - BIA conducts lobbying activities to advocate the interests of the clay brick industry by monitoring proposed legislation and regulations and their impact on members, propose changes to such legislation and regulations important to the industry, and conduct grassroots advocacy programs that engage members in communicating with policymakers.

Engineering & Research - BIA's engineering and research department is responsible for the technical support of the brick industry. Activities include the development of technical publications and papers, advocacy at building codes and building standards forums, overseeing industry research and responding to inquiries about brick and brick construction from architects, builders and consumers.
