SENIOR HELP/DISABLED SERVICES PROGRAM: The focus of this program is to assist the elderly and disabled individuals with needed personal services to enhance their quality of life. In 2024, this program assisted approximately 10,800 individuals with a variety of services. This included providing personal care products and food items that included fresh vegetableds. Also, limited transportation services to/ from medical care providers, pharmacies, grocery stores and related vendors was provided.

FRESH FOOD INITIATIVE: This program is designed to promote healthy nutritional and dietary habits. Education instruction and training is providedby licensed professionals to educate the general public about healthy eating habits. This program served approximatley 36,000 individuals durng calendar year 2024.
