Our mission is to bridge the equity gaps in underserved communities by providing access to social, educational, environmental, and economic development programs to benefit families.
Programs
2 programs
After School at Bridges offers academic and social support to students in Los Angeles County, particularly those residing within a 15- to 20-mile radius of the City of Carson. The program serves students in grades 1 through 12 and operates during the school year, offering homework assistance, tutoring, academic advising, test preparation, and community-building activities in a safe and supportive social-emotional learning environment. For the year 2024, the program served approximately 66 students.
Bridges Community Resources Hub provides resources to families in the local underserved communities, including food, household items, school supplies, hygiene kits, and a community outreach fair, which is a social services organizations to share about the services they offer to families. In 2024, the program serves over 250 families.
