Operation reconnect finds those struggling with homelessness, building a relationship with them, meeting their basic needs, and helping connect them to solutions. 98 individuals found a path out of homelessness during 2024.

Recover together helps those recovering from substance use, connecting them to treatment centers, helping with transportation and family support, and guiding them in transitional programs. 144 individuals were assisted during 2024.
