Bridges Foundation

To support, maintain and preserve activities related to support of care of the terminally ill and home-bound patients requiring care, and or the organizations that support them in the Western Pennsylvania region, extend the use of, and accessibility to, Hospice and Home Care services in Western Pennsylvania and, through community outreach, programming, and education, promote, foster, strengthen, and increase community awareness of, and access to services for support of, the terminally ill, home-bound patients, and those requiring palliative care services.
