Bridgeways

Programs and services designed to help individuals with mental health challenges achieve stability independence and improved quality of life. Services include supported employment case management therapeutic court programs and community-based supports that promote social engagement wellness and access to essential resources advancing Bridgeways mission of fostering growth self-suffciency and community integration. Clubhouse provides structured peer-led community for adults with mental health challenges. Members engage in vocational social and wellness activities that promote skill development independence and community integration supporting employment readiness and personal growth in alignment with Bridgeways mission.

Bridgeways supports homeless individuals through multiple funding sources and funders to provide supported case management and outreach services.
