We exist to support individuals in meeting their full potential through the achievement of wellness in body mind and spirit. We are here to remove barriers to wellness and provide a safe judgement free space for all. We have done so by providing overdose prevention and community education services. We have fed the local unsheltered population and encouraged other community groups to support our efforts. We have hosted multiple types of support groups as well as provided free support and referrals to families experiencing mental health and or substance misuse struggles.
