The executive director is involved in a number of significant ministries to support underresourced and multiethnic communities by: *participating in pastor gatherings and volunteering on leadership teams for citywide christian ministry. *providing free consulting for churches and church leadership teams in the portland metro area. *providing free informal coaching for low income and/or historically marginalized small business entrpreneuers. *providing free informal coaching for low income and historically marginalized nonprofit. Organizations *preaching and performing christian ministry activities for churches in the local area.
The executive director, in partnership with multipy pdx (a local church network) hosts a weekly video podcast that interviews church and ministry leaders from the portland metro area. This podcast serves to educate and encourage local church leaders and it serves to strength the relationships of the network so that they and brilliance labs can be more effective at encouraging collaborative church planting in our city.
