Weatherization - administers programs to help low and limited income eligible families reduce energy costs in their home. Priorities are given to elderly, disabled, and households with children under the age of five. Administers southwestern vermont energy savers (save's) as a fee based energy efficient service for the general community.
Economic development - administers the micro business development program that assist people in the starting or expanding a small business as well as develop job skills, also administers the vermont matched savings program.
