The arc of greater brockton day habilitation program, with locations in brockton (inside our raymond carchidi center for wellness) and in easton, provides therapeutic programming for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All new participants need to be mass health eligible and receive physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech evaluation prior to developing a goal oriented plan to help them reach their personal needs and objectives. Our easton location is staffed by certified nursing assistants, which allows us to serve participants who may have more advanced medical conditions.in addition, the program incorporates social skills, music, art, movement, nutrition/cooking, community integration, and volunteer projects. The model is ideal for tailoring a program specific to the individual needs of every participant.utilizing the expertise of our staff, participants are able to take advantage of numerous in-house and community based programs throughout the year. These programs and activities are designed to provide meaningful experiences and help participants successfully implement their individual service plans, and understand their rights through human rights training initiatives.

The arc of greater brockton operates a comprehensive employment services program for participants, offering placement assistance in local businesses and within our own internal business operations. Our dedicated staff assist adults with varying abilities to prepare for, achieve and maintain gainful employment in the community.

The arc of greater brockton community based day supports (cbds) is a program designed to enable a participant to enrich his or her life and enjoy a full range of community activities by providing opportunities for developing, enhancing, and maintaining competency in personal, social, and community activities.the program takes place in our brockton and easton locations. Our easton cbds program focuses on more sensory-sensitive activities. It's geared towards participants who prefer a less stimulating environment, both in-house and in the community.utilizing the expertise of our staff and outside vendors, participants are able to take advantage of numerous in-house and community based programs throughout the year. These programs and activities are designed to provide meaningful experiences and help participants achieve their personal goals and objectives established in their individual service plans.2. The arc of greater brockton has established unique specialty zones throughout the facility to support and nurture a variety of interests and ability levels.3. The arc of greater brockton (agb) signed a partnership agreement with identogo fingerprinting services in the summer of 2022 to provide part-time employment opportunities for participants associated with the agb. The agb is the area provider of fingerprinting services on behalf identogo a nationwide identity service provider.identogo provides the secure capture and transmission of electronic fingerprints for employment, certification, licensing, and other verification services. Industries that require fingerprinting for new employees include health care, education, human services, child care, state agencies, and more.4. Since 1986, we have operated a full service redemption center which takes all massachusetts redeemable cans and bottles and provides a refund of 5 cents per redeemable item. It is important to note that not all bottles, cans and plastics are redeemable. The redemption center processes about 3.2 million bottles/cans per year averaging 266,000 bottles/cans per month.
