Brookmeade Community Foundation

To provide resources and assistance to aid the corporations that are a part of the community at brookmeade organization, in the management, planning and coordination of nursing home, enriched housing, assisted living, independent living, and other non-hospital services, and supports the other affiliates and adult day health care.
