We design content and experiences for church leaders who love, or who want to love, the church. We do this by equipping them to facilitate important conversations that make room for tension and lead to transformation.

We maintain a comprehensive website to provide detailed, useful, and practical information on church leadership. This requires regular upgrades, improvements and additions to the website. We also regularly post sermon recordings and original articles on the website.
We offer consulting services and seminars for church leaders. For example, we put on a monthly lunchtime series on Navigating Church Conflict attended by an average of 20 pastors each month. We also met with pastors in crisis for encouragement and advice.
