To provide aid in times of financial crisis, hardships or emergency situations to bsofr employees uniformed and civilian, both active and retired members in good standing, as well as their immediate families. In addition, the fund may provide support for bonafide charitable causes, and recreational activities for bsofr employees, both active and retired.
