Providing subsidies, low cost public transit services to all residents of the community. This is not offered to just members of the organization, but again, serves all residents of brown county, along with contributions from the public, grants are received from various sources, as well as reimbursements from governmental agencies to offset the cost and help subsidize the operations of this program.
