Brown Public Library

The Brown Public Library youth librarian hosts a number of events for youth and young children. These include a teen advisory board a summer reading program for youth a biweekly story hour for children under 6 a weekly event involving LEGOS a weekly playgroup for children under 6 pumpkin carving and similar activities. The youth and childrens library are constantly upgraded by her.

The BPL youth librarian also does a book giveaway at the local elementary school. The books are ordered and purchased with a grant from the Lance Foundation

Other expenses include computers and internet upgrades Day Pass to Vermont State and National Parks Dues to Green Mountain Library Consortium Liability Insurance Payroll service fees Postage and Mailing service fees and library supplies
