Operate and maintain three historically significant landmarks in brownville, nebraska. Thousands visit the captain bailey house, carson house, and carriage house annually.
Host fleamarkets, old time autumn celebrations, a golf tournament, an annual dinner, christmas tours and more. Attended by thousands who enjoy the old fashioned flavors of historic brownville, nebraska. This total also includes 80,080 of creative district committee expenditures for development of the arts and infrastructure improvements. Hvac upgrades and other improvements were made in many locations. Improvements include the brownville village theatre, the ice house, the furnace house and the arboretum trail. Funds were also used to provide for the purchase of a butterfly sculpture. Support was also provided to improvements made to the signage leading into historic brownville.
