To advance the best interests of townships of the second class of bucks county. Bcato shall aid in the exchange of ideas and experiences among local township officials and promote a better understanding of the duties and responsibilities of township officials. Bcato will promote cooperation with existing governmental agencies in bucks county, and the commonwealth of pennsylvania.
