A water reserve project was started in 2020 and continued in 2023 for the betterment of the members of the association

Property and grounds of the subdivision were maintained for the betterment of the members of the association.

Various administrative and utility expenses were paid to contribute to the community welfare through the betterment of roads and groundsrevenue was earned from various program services including reserve assessment, special assessment, improved assessment, unimproved assessment, non-member fees, late fees/penalty income, investment income, and other miscellaneous incomes.
