Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association Incorporated

The purposes of the corporation are to foster ethical business practices within the greater buffalo niagara regional area; recognize companies committed to ethical business practices in everyday operations and management philosophies through the annual buffalo niagara business ethics awards; promote community awareness of ethical business practices; draw public attention to the importance of ethical business practices; solicit, collect, invest, manage and administer funding for and contributions to the association; and do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof.
