The essential function of the school is to establish, maintain and operate a school for special needs children and typically developing children of nursery school and pre-kindergarten age. The preschoolers with disabilities typically evidence speech and language impairments, social and emotional disorders, hearing impairments, learning disabilities, motoric deficits and other types of global developmental delays.
