Programs
5 programs
Teen Mothers and Human Trafficking: This program is designed to help all teens, but especially teen mothers, establish life skills necessary for family and personal growth. It teaches them how to share amongst themseles working to estabalish postive bonds. They are also taught how to maintain a steady job with ethics, which is vital to their personal growth no matter the background. This program helps those who have never worked before and my have trouble maintaining a job. It is based on a foundation in Jesus Christ. This program includes housing programs, nutrition, financial literacy, basic educational skills and parenting classes. Our population includes parents, children and youth, caregivers, and families.
No Child Left Behind: This is a stand alone program that covers children of all ages. It teaches them how to grow and develop into responsible, self-confident adults. It lets them know that someone does care and wants to help them learn what they can be. This also teaches about Jesus Christ and how to have a relationship with him regardless of circumstances. This program includes a housing program, entrepreneurship classes, etiquette classes, youth men mentorship and educational relationship classes for bonding.
After School Program: Kids that are struggling with academics and want educational help can get it. We focus on helping in any subject where extra help may be needed, but we mainly focus on core classes and Handwriting. We also aide our teen mothers and youth with mothers' education and substance classes.The population is any person that needs help.
New Steps to Christ: This program is for all who want to improve themselves and others around them. Our goals are to grow closer to God by getting to know Him better. We have classes on the Gospel of Jesus, How to Pray, Study the Bible,and learn everything we can about Jesus Christ. This Population is open to all.
Standing On Our Own Program: This program consists of a Standing on Our Own, a Tranisitional Housing Program, and a Homeownership Program. This teaches how to be independent and have security. This Population(s)serves women and girls, adults, families of choice, foster and adoptive children, and parents.
