DAY PROGRAMS (SOCIAL, LIFE AND JOB SKILLS)- We provided 2 days, 3 days, or 5 day programs. We teach life, social, and job skills training. We incorporate fitness and health in all our programs. We go grocery shopping to buy our weekly lunch budgets and group meals, we do Zumba weekly, we go to a job site weekly, and do activities to improve our Exec Functioning.

SUMMER CAMPS (SOCIAL AND LIFE SKILLS)- We provide 3 weeks in June and 3 weeks in July that include life and social skills training. This includes swimming, movies, biking, games, field trips, cooking, crafts and fun. We also go grocery shopping 1x a week and then make our group meal together.

SOCIAL SKILLS CLASSES -Tues and Saturday classes - we provide fitness (biking, tennis, and basketball), culinary, social skills lessons, and life skill integration for preteens, teens, and adults with disabilities

GIRLS SUPPORTIVE HOUSE PROGRAM (SOCIAL, LIFE AND JOB SKILLS ALONG WITH JOB PLACEMENT) - We provided support for life, social and job skills along with job placement. We also provided room and board as well as supervision for assistance with transitioning to independent living.
