Building power for communities of color (bpcc) is affiliated with the coalition of communities of color (ccc), a 501(c)(3) coalition of 19 culturally specific member organizations. Bpcc was created to expand the range of activities that we can use to increase political power and center racial equity in oregon's political landscape.
