Mission
The burke riding club was started during 1989 to promote the sport of rodeo in south dakota and nebraska. The burke stampede rodeo has been held annually since 1990; a junior rodeo has been held annually since 1994; a high school rodeo has been held annually since 1995 . The riding club members are also active in supporting 4-h activities.
