The community information exchange program helps to address the social drivers of health by creating local health hubs (referred to as sdoh). Through this program psn is one of two backbone agencies helping to start up a community information exchange technology tool and connect community health workers (chws) in saginaw county.

Community ventures is an innovative economic development initiative to support individuals who have been under employed, or chronically unemployed. Coordinated by the talent investment agency (tia), this initiative helps structurally unemployed individuals pursue career opportunities in detroit, flint, saginaw and pontiac.
