To provide learning opportunities for students through leadership conferences that include leadership activities, speakers, competitive events in a variety of subjects, and election of state and national officers.

State Leadership Conference. 1000+ students and directors participate. Students compete in various subjects based on WSAP (Workplace Skills Assessment Program) performance objectives.
National Leadership Conference 200+ students and directors participated. Students compete with others from around the nation in this WSAP-based event. National officers are elected and leadership workshops are held.
