Mission
Our mission is to cultivate the financial health of diverse businesses in the construction industry through comprehensive coaching and training, and back-office support from local service providers. We take an innovative and holistic approach to help entrepreneurs strategically plan, effectively manage, and fund their growth.

Cooperative: launched initiative to support the creation of a shared services cooperative for minority-owned and women-owned construction businesses to access vital back office services at affordable prices to increase business resiliency, growth, and hiring. 2024 programming included formation of leadership circle of founding members, creating mission, vision, values and draft operating model. Cooperative projected to launch in 2026.
Youth apprenticeship: trained 12 workforce candidates in construction project management, construction cost estimating and bid packaging. Workforce candidates partnered with minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises within the construction industry to provide 765 hours of entry-level staffing support through on the job experience to partnered businesses.
