C-PACE Alliance CPA is a nonprofit business association committed to increasing the public and private benefits of commercial property assessed clean energy C-PACE financing by increasing volume of quality projects nationwide. C-PACE is an alternative source of financing for commercial properties. C-PACE financing cover 100% of the costs of improvements that lower energy costs conserve water and strengthen building resiliency. C-PACE programs operate in more than 35 states and 2,000 local communities. C-PACE financing is voluntary and no public funds are at risk. C-PACE creates no financial liability to the state county or municipal government.
