The scholarship and grant program: providing scholarships to deserving high school students who are participants in the c-10 mentoring and leadership program described above. Scholarships are awarded annually. Providing grants to 501(c)(3) organizations and ministries that provide varying types of aid and services to poor families, especially families with underserved and underprivileged youth.
