Nc-hop (healty opportunities pilot) eligible managed medicaid participants can receive services at no cost to them to support needs related to food, housing, transportation, personal safety and healthy relationships. C2life foundation supports hop participants by providing healthy and medically tailored meals weekly.

C2life has a marketing and supply agreement with pritikin icr (intensive cardiac rehab), supplying medically tailored meals for a three state cardiac rehab study in nc, mi, & tn.
