CABIA Foundation exists to educate disadvantaged business owners . The Foundation seeks to guarantee that no small businesses are in the dark on their legal obligations simply because they cant afford the cost of compliance. The Foundation will conduct free seminars to educate businesses on avoiding wage and hour lawsuits, and produce no-cost educational guidebooks on common errors that can trip up anyone who has an employee.
