Cadre International

Online supports & free resources to equip volunteers to accompliash our collective vision and mission. The bulk of the infl of resources for these activities is provided by individual donor support. An estimated 13,000 leaders/volunteers receive online training through cadre team developed tools released on a monthly basis. Online training courses offered monthly include: cadre connection, spiritual caffeine, batteries include & following jesus, together free resources provided via our web site include time & priority management, programming & planning training, leadership & encouragement tools, training tools for learning communities.

Mentoring communities: learning communities for mentoring leaders in local communities led by cadre missionaries to accomplish the bulk of the inflow of these resources are provided by individual donor support and church support. More than 80 unique leaders per month receive mentoring/coaching by cadre missionaries through learning communities held in various locations (incl. Il. Wi. Mn, in, mi, ia, ks, tx, fl, etc). Learning communities develop leaders for non-profits over a minimum of 12 months with a full-day of training plus additional coaching time as arranged monthly.

Training: designed to accomplish our organizational mission. These tools/experiences are created and delivered by cadre thru the multiplication of non-profit based equippers and cadre missionaries. The bulk of the inflow of resources for these activities is by individual donor support which is recorded above in the revenue. An estimated 26,000 unipue leaders/volunteers we're trained during the calendar year. Training workshops include: disciplmaking is relationships, ministry is relationships, evangelism is relationship leadership genius, getaway like jesus, time management, becoming a high impact teacher, high impact methods of teaching.
