Was formed to engage in and promote charitable, benevolent, educational, social, recreational, literary, cultural, athletic and scientific pursuits involving handicapped individuals and their families. Specifically, the organization has built and is currently operating and managing several multi-family housing facilities for handicapped individuals and their families for the purpose of living quarters, attendant care opportunities and recreational projects. The organization also owns the cain-bingham apartments, an 8-unit apartment complex located in louisville, kentucky.
