The caldwell chamber of commerce mission statement is to promote the economic vitality of caldwell businesses through education programming, marketing opportunities, and advocacy.
Programs

Business after hours; coffee connect; monthly gatherings to allow members to network and to exchange information. Business after hours is each month in the evening and can involve from 25 to 200 people. Coffee connect is each month in the morning and usually involves 20 to 25 people.
Buckaroo breakfast,kids corner,entertainment; create a community-wide activity that will promote local business and community goodwill during the annual rodeo.
Nighlight parade; an annual event for the community to come together to decorate floats for various businesses and non-profit organizations. The city's merchants, banks, and service organizations pay entry fees to cover costs. The parade is attended by 35,000 to 40,000 people each year. Revenues help to cover costs, pay cash awards for floats, and add to operating funds for the chamber.
Leadership caldwell; a nine month community leadership development program that focuses on various community topics. Participants have the opportunity to learn more about caldwell and to expand their influence and insight in the community.
Farm to fork; each year the chamber holds a dinner held in downtown caldwell. This event highlights local wines and produce and features renowned southern idaho chefs. .
