California emerging technology fund (cetf) grant - ccf received grants from cetf in fy23 & fy24 to help educate the public about the affordable connectivity program (acp) and to provide county input about digital equity related to cetf's broadband access equity deployment (bead) plan. Cetf provides leadership statewide to close to the "digital divide" by accelerating the deployment and adoption of broadband to unserved and underserved communities and populations.
