To promote the common business conditions of the organization's members by fostering california's transition to zero emission vehicles by expanding the availability of reliable, convenient and affordable hydrogen fueling, to support state emission reduction goals.

Public communications: disseminating communications that educate californians about the importance, reliability, availability of hydrogen as a convenient and clean fuel source. The chc's agents produce communications that are distributed primarily online via platforms such as, youtube, facebook, and twitter. The chc may pay for advertisements on these internet platforms as well as ask its followers to share their materials with their friends and followers online. Most, if not all, of the content will be developed in california. The intended recipients of this content will be californians.
Membership communications: educate members about the progress that chc is making with respect to advancing hydrogen as a convenient and clean fuel source in california. Members will be provided with written updates (e.g., emails, reports, etc.) and verbal updates that will likely take place over conference call.
