In 2024 the organization sponsored events around California honored LGBTQ individuals from around the state who do outstanding work in their communities hosted Pride visibility events town hall meetings tours focus groups and research on LGBTQ statewide issues leadership trainings and forums.
The LGBTQ Foundation scholarship program is an initiative that aims to support and empower LGBTQ+ individuals in their pursuit of higher education. This program recognizes the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ students and provides them with financial assistance to achieve their academic goals. In 2024 the organization provided scholarships to 14 individuals.
