The California Nurse-Midwives Foundation (CNMF) had the significant activities:(a) Supported diversification of the nurse-midwifery workforce by providing scholarship funds to students of color (continued in attachment

Payroll Expenses - Provided fees to CNMFs 3 employees: 2 Project Directors salary and an Operations and Communications Consultant/Administrative. These rolse have contributed to the advancement of CNMFs values/mission in terms of spearheading proposed projects.

Expenses: $128K

Contract and Professional Fees - Provided fees to individual consultants, Raimi and Associates who contributed to the development of CNMFs growth and sustainability planning proposal for the foreseeable future. Other consulting services from Sadia Arshad, Liz Donnelly, and Holly Smith who have participated in the ongoing development of the Reproductive Justice/Anti-Racism & Implementation of SB 1237 project. Finally, we provided fees to accounting, bookkeeping and legal servies for the purpose of maintaining CNMF within legal boundaries as a foundation.
