The mission of the California Nurses Foundation (CNF) is to assist in the advancement of education and science of professional nursing, and to assist the profession in maintaining and improving the quality of its service to the public.

CNF Disaster Relief Fund: During this fiscal year, the disaster relief fund supported the RN response network (RNRN), a project of the California Nurses Foundation, which continued to build and coordinate a national network of direct-care RN volunteers willing to be deployed to disaster sticken areas where and when they are needed most.
